We welcome both fly and spin anglers on the New River, tailoring tackle and instruction to match conditions and experience.
Feeding heavily on crayfish and baitfish, New River Smallmouth develop dense muscle and broad shoulders — fish defined by strength rather than size alone.
Seasonal Availability:
April - October
Full Day Float Trips: offer anglers with a larger section of water to cover with multiple rods and reels rigged for various scenarios we may encounter.
Booking a full day float also allows for more time anchored boat fishing in great holding waters.
